His name is Senator Joseph Lieberman. The Democrat-turned-Independent senator has been pushing the idea of guaranteeing wages for displaced workers who get new jobs that pay less. And now McCain -- who has been endorsed by Lieberman -- has adopted the idea as his own. The Club for Growth's Pat Toomey called McCain out on this during Mark Levin's radio show the other night.
